By accessing or using the Wazvio platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who register for an account.

2. Description of Service

Wazvio provides an omnichannel marketing platform enabling businesses to communicate with their customers via WhatsApp, RCS, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Email. Features include broadcast campaigns, automation workflows, AI chatbots, analytics, and contact management.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at [email protected].

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection and anti-spam laws.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service in a way that disrupts or damages our infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Subscription and Billing

Wazvio offers subscription plans billed monthly or yearly. All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Wazvio name, logo, platform, and all related content are the intellectual property of Wazvio and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Your data and content remain your property; by using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
